Shipping

Once an order is received, it’s packaged for shipping within 1 business day and hand-delivered to a Canada Post shipping station in Hamilton, Ontario Canada.

Shipping is done via Canada Post/USPS with tracking and insurance. Upon checkout, you will have the choice of shipping methods based on the speed of delivery. Tracking information will be sent to you once your order is in the Canada Post system.

Here are the estimated delivery times based on Canada Post (which are subject to change based on weather conditions and elements beyond their control).

In Canada, shipping options are:

• Priority Courier – up to 3 days
• Xpresspost – up to 5 days
• Expedited Parcel – up to 8 days

Shipping to the USA, shipping options are: Xpresspost USA – up to 8 days

• Expedited Parcel USA – up to 10 days
• Tracked Packet USA – up to 15 days

The actual shipping rates and delivery speeds are calculated and displayed to you when you add a product to the cart, then view cart and there is a link to calculate shipping based on your location. You do not have to enter payment information to get shipping timelines and rates.

We do not ship outside of Canada or continental USA.

Returns

We offer a 30 day no-questions asked money back guarantee (less shipping and handling). If you are not happy with your pen when you receive it, contact us to arrange a return.

If a pen is purchased as a gift and the receiver would prefer another style, the unused pen can be returned and exchanged for another pen.

Pens that have been used, dropped or broken cannot be returned.
